Active Calls
Customers can view all the real-time calls running in their account.
To view all the active calls, follow these steps:

Click on the Active Calls tab placed on the left navigation panel.

You can view the list of active calls here.
- Click on the Feature Codes to view the codes used for transferring calls.
- Blind Transfer: Transfer the call directly without attending the call.
- Attended Transfer: Transfer the call after attending the call.
- Conference Call: Enter the code to make the call a conference call.
- Toggle the More+ button to view the details of the call in an expanded or in collapsible form.
