Department Wallboard

It consists of department-based reports.

To view the department wallboard, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reporting tab on the left side navigation.
2. Click Department Wallboard.
3. Select the department by clicking the Select Department button and view the live calls, agents, and other statuses of that particular department.
