Steps to integrate Kapture CRM with Servetel

  1. Log in to your Servetel account.
  2. Select Integrations under the Services tab.

  1. Enable the Hubspot CRM integration with Servetel by enabling the toggle button.

  1. The application will now appear in the Integrated application section. Click on Instructions.

  1. Login with the user's Servetel account and enter the login ID and password.

  1. Click on Webhook under the Services tab from the left navigation menu.
  2. Click on Add Webhook button on the top-right corner.

  1. Create the first webhook by entering the below-mentioned details and click Save.

TriggerSelect the trigger as Call answered by Agent.

URLEnter the unique URL provided by the Kapture team.

Time ZoneChoose the required time zone.
  1. Create the second webhook by entering the below-mentioned details and click Save.
