Steps to integrate Kapture CRM with Servetel
- Log in to your Servetel account.
- Select Integrations under the Services tab.
- Enable the Hubspot CRM integration with Servetel by enabling the toggle button.
- The application will now appear in the Integrated application section. Click on Instructions.
- Login with the user's Servetel account and enter the login ID and password.
- Click on Webhook under the Services tab from the left navigation menu.
- Click on Add Webhook button on the top-right corner.
- Create the first webhook by entering the below-mentioned details and click Save.
Field | Description |

Name | Enter the name as Create Ticket. |
Description | Enter the description as Create Ticket. |
Trigger | Select the trigger as Call answered by Agent. |
Destination | Choose the DID. |
URL | Enter the unique URL provided by the Kapture team. |
Request | Choose the GET request. |
Call Type | Select the call type as Inbound. |
Time Zone | Choose the required time zone. |
- Create the second webhook by entering the below-mentioned details and click Save.
