Voicemail

The Servetel portal allows you to manage voicemails. Voicemail is a voice message that a caller may leave when there is no response on the phone call.

To create a voicemail, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab placed on the side-navigation.
2. Click Voicemail.
3. A list of all the voicemails appear along with the relevant details.
4. Click on Add Voicemail on the top-right corner of the page.

5. Enter the basic details.
6. Choose a Greeting Recording to greet your customer.

7. Click Save to finish adding voicemail.

Click on Select an Action to perform the action of edit or delete.
