Activity Logs

The Servetel portal allows you to view activity logs. It lists activities like logout time, login time, module etc.

To view all your activity logs, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Activity Logs.
3. A list of all your activity logs along with relevant details is shown.

4. Click on the Export button to download the .csv file of activity logs.
5. You can search respective activity log details with the help of various filters like Email ID, Login ID, and Date Range.
