Billing Dashboard

To view the billing details of your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Billing tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Billing Dashboard.
3. Here you can view all the billing-related details.

To add balance, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Add Balance button as shown.

2. Enter the Amount and select the Payment Gateway.
3. Click on Make Payment.

To add threshold balance, follow these steps:

1. Click on Set Balance Threshold.

2. Enter the Threshold Amount & click Submit.

The Servetel portal allows you to enable the auto pay option to help you pay the due amount on time to prevent any interruption of service.

To enable auto-pay, follow these steps:

1. Click on Enable AutoPay.

2. Enter the Phone Number, Email ID & click Pay Using Card.

3. Enter the card details & click Pay.
