Setting Up API Dialplan
The Servetel portal allows you to create and manage API dialplan.
To add an API dialplan, follow these steps:
- Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.
- Click API Dialplan.
- A list of all the API dialplans appear along with the relevant details.
- Click on the Add API Dialplan button on the top-right corner of the page.
- Enter the details and click Save.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Enter the name of API dialplan. |
| Description | Enter the description of API dialplan. |
| URL | Enter the URL of the API to be used. |
| Failover Destination | Select the destination where call will be forwarded if it is not received by any extension. |
| Request Method | Request type for the API Get or Post. |
| Content-Type | Select the content type to get data in URL or JSON format. |
| Ring Timeout | The call will ring on extension for the defined seconds. |
Click on Select an Action to perform an edit/delete operation on the API dialplan.
