My Numbers

Superadmin assigns numbers to your account and allows you to view them only. You can update the number related details, but not edit them.

To view all the numbers associated with your account, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Services tab on the side-navigation.
2. Click on My Numbers.
3. A list of all the numbers associated with your account gets displayed along with the relevant details.

Click on Select an Action button and click Edit to update the number related details.

You may also block individual numbers by adding those numbers to the block list.

To add a number to the block list, follow these steps:

1. Click on Block a Number button placed at the top-right corner of the page.

2. Enter the Source Number & select whether you want to block the number against your Account or DID (Direct Inward Dialing) Number. If you want to block the number against your DID, then select the specific number to be blocked.

3. Click on the Save button.

To manage all the blocked numbers, click on All Blocked Numbers button placed on the top-right corner.

A list of all the blocked numbers appears. Click on Select an Action and click Edit or Delete to perform the desired operation on the numbers.
