Steps to integrate Zendesk CRM with Servetel

1. Login to your Servetel account.
2. Select Integrations under Services tab.

3. Enable the Zendesk CRM integration with Servetel by toggling the switch.

4. Click Enable button on top-right.

5. Enable the CRM for the user and enter the Zendesk API Token, Email and Domain.

6. Note: The Zendesk API key is located under API tab of Settings in your Zendesk account.
7. Download Servetel Extension for Zendesk from Chrome webstore.

8. Login with user's Servetel credentials on Zendesk chrome extension.

9. Upon logging in to Servetel extension, the Zendesk CRM will look like this.
