Update Lead Data

The Servetel Dialer allows agents to update lead data. This operation can be done in the following cases:

  • When the agent receives a call.
  • When the agent makes the outbound call, irrespective of the Dial Method.


  • Enter the new data in the required fields and click on Update Info to make changes in the Lead Data.


Note: If the admin has not enabled Update Lead Detail settings in the dialer campaign, then the agent will not be able to update the lead details.
