Online Payments

The Servetel portal allows you to track records of all your online payments.

Online payments are payments made via online modes of payments; for eg, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, etc.

To view your online payments history, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Billing tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Online Payments.
3. A list of all the online payments along with the relevant details appears.

4. Click on the Download CSV button to download the .csv file of online payments.
5. You can search respective online payment details with the help of various filters like Transaction ID, Amount, and Date Range.
