Offline Payments

The Servetel portal allows you to track all your offline payments.

Offline payments are payments made via manual/offline mode of payments.

To view your offline payments history, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Billing tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Offline Payments.
3. A list of all the offline payments along with the relevant details appears.

4. Click on the Download CSV button to download the .csv file of offline payments.
5. You can search respective offline payment details with the help of various filters like Amount and Date Range.
