The Servetel portal allows you to view all call stats reports.
To view all your call stats report, follow these steps:
- Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
- Click Call Stats.
- Agent-wise call stats reports along with relevant details are shown.
- To view the departments call stats report, click on Department Reports.
- To view the broadcast call stats report, click on Broadcast Reports.
- Click on the Export to CSV button to download the .csv file of the call stats.
- You can search respective call stats details with the help of various filters like Date Range by selecting Agents, Departments and Campaign.
