Reports

The Servetel portal allows you to view reports.

Follow the below steps to view reports:

1. Click on the Services tab placed on the side-navigation.
2. Click Outbound Services.
3. Click Reports.
4. Click on the Select Campaign button.
5. Select the campaign for which you want the campaign report.
6. A list of all campaign reports appears along with the relevant details.

7. Click A/B Testing Reports to view the A/B testing detailed report.
