This report allows you to analyze and monitor the agent's performance.
To view the agent performance report, follow these steps:
- Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
- Click Agent Performance Reports.
- Agent-wise performance reports get displayed.
- Click on Select KPI button to add fields in the report to display information about other available call data.
- Click on the Export button to download the .csv file of the agent performance report.
- You can search respective agent performance report details by selecting filters like Agent and Date Range.
