CDP List Management

The Servetel portal allows you to manage CDP lists.

To view and create CDP list, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Settings tab on the side navigation.
2. Click CDP List Management.
3. A list of all CDP lists along with relevant details are shown.
4. To add a CDP list click on Create List.

5. Enter Name & Create Field Map For Lead.
6. To create more fields click on the Add More button, enter the field name and click on the Save button.

To manage CDP list, follow these steps:

1. To upload the CDP list click on Select an Action & click Upload List Data(CSV).

Click on the Click Here icon and select the file and click on Upload.

2. Click on Select an Action & click Download List Data (CSV) to save a copy of CDP list.
3. Click on Select an Action & click Upload Sample CSV to upload the contacts in bulk with the help of sample downloaded file.
4. Click on Select an Action & click Delete to permanently remove a list.
5. Click on Select an Action & click Sync List With Contact Group to sync the list with the contact group. Select Contact Group and Field & click Save.
