Steps to integrate Zoho CRM with Servetel

- Login to your Servetel account.

- Select Integrations under Services.

- Enable the Zoho CRM integration with Servetel by toggling the switch.

- The application will now appear in the Integrated application section, click on Instructions.

- Click Enable button on top-right corner of the page.

- Select the Agent for integration and click Integrate Zoho Phonebridge.

- Login to your Zoho account.

- Allow Servetel to access Zoho account data.

- Once integration is successful you will get the following screen.

- Click on Call button to connect with your customer or leads.

- Add Call notes and set Follow Up Action after Call Disposition.
