Steps to integrate Zoho CRM with Servetel

1. Login to your Servetel account.

2. Select Integrations under Services.

3. Enable the Zoho CRM integration with Servetel by toggling the switch.

4. The application will now appear in the Integrated application section, click on Instructions.

5. Click Enable button on top-right corner of the page.

6. Select the Agent for integration and click Integrate Zoho Phonebridge.

7. Login to your Zoho account.

8. Allow Servetel to access Zoho account data.

9. Once integration is successful you will get the following screen.

10. Click on Call button to connect with your customer or leads.

11. Add Call notes and set Follow Up Action after Call Disposition.
