Transcription Analysis

The Servetel portal allows you to view transcription analysis.

To view your transcription analysis, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Transcription Analysis.
3. Customers can view all the call recordings & call transcriptions details.

4. To search for a custom keyword, enter the keyword and select the date range and click on the Analyze button.
