Agent Activity Logs

This section contains the activity logs of all the agents.

To view agent activity logs, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Reporting tab on the side navigation.
2. Click Agent Activity Logs.
3. Activity logs for various agents get displayed.

4. Download CSV button helps in downloading the entire list of activity logs in a .csv format.
5. You can search respective agent activity log details by selecting filters like Agent Name/Login ID and Date Range.
