Schedule Calls

The Servetel Dialer allows agents to schedule a customer's call if required. An agent can do that after the call gets disconnected by filling up the Disposition Details dialog box that appears. This makes the system schedule a call back to the customer by reminding the agent to do so.

To schedule a callback, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the number for which you want to schedule a callback.

  2. Click on the schedule call icon.


  1. Enter Name, Callback Date, enable Remind Me and select the Reminder Time when you want the reminder.

  2. Enter the Estimate Time of the call you will will continue and click on Submit.


  • To view the scheduled calls, click the icon present on the top-right corner, as highlighted in the below screenshot:
