Reporting
The Reporting section contains all the logs, stats, and reports that are useful for analytical purposes. Servetel provides reports with various filters to help you get relevant data on a specific department, agent, call, etc. We also have customer-scheduled reporting wherein, reports are sent via email on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Customers can also use the Transcription Analysis feature which provides key phrases for the call and helps determine the caller's intent by performing sentiment analysis.
